Foundations Pediatrics Assessment and Treatment Center works with both private and public schools. Our goal is to work collaboratively with your child’s teacher and other school faculty in order to help your child in the classroom environment.

  • Observing and assessing behavior difficulties in the classroom.
  • Advocating for the implementation of IEP and 504 plans.
  • Evaluating and/or modifying an existing IEP or 504 plan.
  • Coaching school staff on ways to manage any classroom difficulties.

IEP versus 504 Plan

504 Plan
